President Bolsonaro’s Chief of Staff Onyx Lorenzoni said Wednesday (Sep 25) that 328 of the 2 thousand services provided by the government are digitally certified, with all of them expected to go digital by the end of 2020, “within reach of any smartphone,” Lorenzoni said at the 17th Digital Certification Forum, CertForum.

Digital certificates have helped the country make business easier and expeditious for Brazilian entrepreneurs, Lorenzoni argued.

To an audience of managers in both private and public sectors, industrialists, and researchers, the minister described the new certificates as a new way of forging ties with society, economic agents, and the public sector.

“You are unquestionably the great pillar of this new world and this new Brazil on the quest for development, growth, and respect for people. I was just informed that over 500 thousand digital certificates are issued every month in Brazil. That’s an extraordinary stride,” Lorenzoni told his listeners.
