The inspector general of the Disciplinary Board of the Electoral Court, Minister Herman Benjamin, ordered the creation of a task force to investigate bank data from three print shops that provided services to Dilma Rousseff's and Michel Temer's ticket in 2014 presidential elections.

According to the decision, the task force will be temporary and will be conducted by technical agents of the Federal Police, Internal Revenue Service, and Brazil's Council for Financial Activity Control (COAF), to "investigate financial transactions with companies examined, published by the Central Bank."

Last week, Minister Herman Benjamin ruled the breach of banking secrecy of three print shops, responding to a request made by the Electoral Prosecution Office; and according to the report delivered by experts, the companies have not presented documents that could conclusively prove that goods and services hired by Rousseff's and Temer's campaign were delivered.

The request filed at the Superior Electoral Court to investigate the accounts of Dilma Rousseff's and Michel Temer's election campaign was made by the Brazilian Social Democracy Party (PSDB), chaired by Senator Aécio Neves, who was defeated in 2014 presidential elections. The party has joined the coalition of President Michel Temer's government.
