Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro is recovering 14 days after the surgery in his intestinal tract, conducted at São Paulo’s Albert Einstein Hospital. Early this morning (Feb. 11), he wrote on Twitter about some of the measures taken by the federal government.

“In the first days of government, important projects on health care and housing for those who need them most, this time in Acre, are top priorities, socially reaching tens of thousands of Brazilians,” the president said while showing a video of Caixa President Pedro Guimarães visiting the Hospital Regional do Alto do Acre Wildy Viana. Caixa, often referred to as a social bank, has been one of the main sponsors of social projects implemented by the Brazilian government.

Also on Sunday, Bolsonaro posted on Twitter the first video after the surgery where is seen speaking.
