Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro will welcome Juan Guaidó, Venezuela’s self-proclaimed interim president, this Thursday (Feb. 28) at the Planalto presidential palace. The meeting was confirmed by the president’s spokesman Otávio do Rêgo Barros.
