Brazil's 2.3% Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth in 2013 was below the average global growth of 3% estimated by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Brazilian Geography and Statistics Institute (IBGE) reported Tuesday (Feb. 27).
The Brazilian Geography and Statistics Institute (IBGE) reported Thursday (Feb. 27) that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) – the sum of all goods and services produced in the country – closed out 2013 at $2.063 trillion, a 2.3% growth from the previous year.
