The new recycling center in one of the largest favelas in Latin America boasts an innovative, international system aimed at stopping plastic before it reaches the ocean.
“The master’s scholarship could be lower than the minimum wage in some regions by next year. This is not how researchers should be treated anywhere," Minister Alvim declared.
During the interview, Minister Pontes stressed the importance of being autonomous regarding the production of vaccines, and promoting scientific research in the country.
“Of all companies heard, 80 percent registered gains in productivity, competitiveness, and profits stemming from innovation. Another five percent saw two of these gains, two percent just one.
Brazil’s acting Minister of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Communications Júlio Semeghini said the government plans to hold the auction for 5G technology by June next year.
