Physical violence, the most common type among the four analyzed in the study, which accounts for 53 percent of registered cases, grew by 8.3 percent in the period.
The survey was conducted as part of the Fairwork Brasil project, linked to Oxford University, and heard six platforms: Uber, iFood, 99, Rappi, UberEats, and GetNinjas.
