Bolsonaro arrives at the Federal Police to testify about Saudi jewelry

Former president Jair Bolsonaro is already at the headquarters of the Federal Police (PF), in Brasília, where he will give testimony in the open investigation into the jewelry kits received from the government of Saudi Arabia during a visit by Brazilian authorities to the country.

For Bolsonaro's testimony, the area in front of the PF was isolated and a strong security scheme is being carried out by men from the corporation and the Military Police.

This Tuesday (4), Bolsonaro's defense team reported having returned the third box of jewelry received from Saudi Arabia in 2019. The jewelry was delivered to Caixa Econômica Federal.

Bolsonaro's lawyers had already returned, also by order of the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU), a case with a watch, a pen, cufflinks, a ring and a type of rosary by the Swiss brand Chopard, valued at R$ 500 thousand .

The jewels were not declared to the Federal Revenue when they entered the country.
