Michelle Bolsonaro will be assisted by the president’s medical team

Brazil’s First Lady Michelle Bolsonaro tested positive for COVID-19 today (Jul. 30). “She showed a good health state and will carry out all the established protocols,” an official note reads.

Michelle Bolsonaro is 38 year old and is being assisted by the president’s medical team.

President Jair Bolsonaro had the disease. He announced the positive result of his test on July 7 and was isolated at the Alvorada residence until last Saturday (25), when he reported he had recovered.

Also on Thursday, Science, Technology, and Innovation Minister Marcos Pontes reported he has also been diagnosed with COVID-19.
