Brazil’s head coach Tite said Thursday (Jul. 5) he predicts “a great game” against Belgium, a team “with a really strong creative power,” in the quarter finals of the World Cup.
Before the last training session preceding Brazil’s second World Cup match, coach Tite today (Jun. 21) announced the line-up to face Costa Rica, in St. Petersburg.
With Neymar back in the field, the Brazilian squad held another training session Monday (Jun. 20) at the Slava Metreveli stadium, in Sochi.
After tying with Switzerland in their World Cup opener, the Brazilian seleção resumed their training routine ahead of the next clash, on Friday (Jun. 22), against Costa Rica.
The Brazilian squad performed poorly and tied with Switzerland 1-1 in the first round of Group E in the World Cup on Sunday (Jun. 17). Brazil had a good first half-time, as Philippe Coutinho opened the scoring with a goal from off the box.
