Index has inflation of 16.28% in the year and 17.16% in 12 months
Indicator seeks to anticipate labor market trends in the country in the coming months, based on interviews with consumers and entrepreneurs in the industry and services.
The fall in November was driven by worsening business confidence in the present and the future. Current Situation Index retreated 2.5 points to 97.
Transport inflation more than doubled in the period, from 1.31% to 3.07%. In 12 months, the IPC-S accumulates a rate of 9.89%, higher than the 9.73% accumulated until October.
Despite the drop, the indicator, which reached 129.3 points, is 14.2 points above the level of February 2020 (115.1 points), that is, the pre-pandemic period of covid-19 in the country.
