In a speech to Brazilian and Saudi investors, he discussed investment opportunities in Brazil. The president is currently in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the first stop on his Middle East trip, where he is also taking part in COP 28 in Dubai.
The lawsuit had been pending since April 2022 and was filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the agency responsible for regulating the stock market in the USA.
The Brazilian delegation includes representatives from the Ministries of Infrastructure, Economy, Foreign Affairs, and the National Bank for Economic Development (BNDES).
