Brazilian stock exchange sees new all-time high
Petrobras, ItauUnibanco, and Vale had the most negotiated shares

For the second time this week, Ibovespa, the main performance index of shares negotiated at B3, Brazil’s main stock exchange, saw a new all-time high. Today (Jan. 23), the indicator reached 97,677 points, up 1.16 percent from yesterday, when the previous record was reported (96,558 points).
Among the shares making up Ibovespa, the ones with the highest appreciation today were Viavarejo (6.4%), Kroton (5.54%), and EcoRodovias (5.28%). The ones losing value the most were Log Com (-2.08%), Magazine Luiza (-1.25%), and Fleury (-0.95%). The most negotiated shares were those from Petrobras, closed out up 0,43%, ItauUnibanco (-0.13%), and Vale (+0.9%).
