Brazilian coach Tite did not disclose the line-up of the team to take part in this Wednesday’s friendly (Jun 4) at 9:30 pm against Qatar, in Brasília. Confirmed on the team are goalkeeper Ederson and striker Gabriel Jesus.

The team had their last-but-one practice session Monday (3) since the preparation for CONMEBOL Copa América in Granja Comary, Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro, started. The activities were held under rainy weather, but the athletes worked diligently.

The training day wrapped up with a session full of air balls, predicting the playing style of the Qatari team. Assistant coach Cleber Xavier believes that the Arabic team, one of the guests alongside Japan, will prove surprising in the CONMEBOL Copa América.

“It’s a strong adversary, we believe. They’re champions from the Asian cup. It’s a well-trained team. We’ve studied Qatar deeply. They’ll be a surprise in the competition and this game will be a chance for us to study how our team’s moves are going to be,” he said.
