Brasília

Former Chief of Staff José Dirceu set off early this afternoon (Aug 4) for Curitiba, in Paraná state, where the probes under Operation Car Wash are being conducted.

The other detainees from the 17th phase of the operation had already been transferred to Curitiba. Dirceu was awaiting a court decision regarding his request to remain in Brasília.

His testimonial has not yet been scheduled.
