The president condemned the military conflict as genocide and blamed the Israeli government for the slaughter that has already killed around 30,000 civilians.
On Monday, Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz once more criticized President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva for his comments regarding Israeli operations in the Gaza Strip.
Alckmin added that the president on several occasions condemned the Hamas attacks against Israel’s civilian population in October last year.
Lula stated that "what is happening in the Gaza Strip to the Palestinian people has never existed in history. In fact, it existed when Hitler decided to kill the Jews."
