Richarlison: one of most beautiful scissor kick goals of his career
Forward Richarlison said the second goal he scored in Brazil's 2-0 win over Serbia was one of the most beautiful of his career. The Tottenham player (England) scored a spectacular scissor kick goal during the game played on Thursday (Nov. 24) at the Lusail Stadium, in the first round of Group G of the Qatar Cup.
"It was a very beautiful goal. I scored one like that for Fluminense and a similar one for Everton [England]. Today I had the chance to score a scissor kick goal and I think it was one of the most beautiful ones of my career because it was in the Cup, in a game that was difficult for us," the center forward said in a press conference after the match.
In a brief interview, Richarlison also spoke about the team's integration in Qatar: "We just have to keep going, to enjoy the teammates I have by my side. Today, during the halftime pause, I said I needed a ball, and it came. I was ready, and I managed to score the goals.”
