In search of its sixth title in the World Cup in Qatar, the Brazilian men's soccer team faces Switzerland today (Nov. 28), at 1 p.m. (GMT), in the second round of the group stage. Leader of Group G with three points, Brazil seeks an early qualification to the round of 16 of the World Cup, as well as Switzerland, also with three points, which occupies second place in the group due to goal difference. In the same group are Cameroon and Serbia, who have yet to score in the competition.

Brazil and Switzerland have already drawn twice in World Cups: in the first one, in the first World Cup held in Brazil, in 1950, the score was 2-2 at the Pacaembu Stadium, in São Paulo. And in the last edition of the World Cup, in Russia in 2018, the match ended 1-1.

In the group stage of the Qatar World Cup, the Brazilian team started with a 2-0 win against Serbia.

 Suspense

At a press conference on Sunday afternoon (27), Tite kept suspense about who will replace striker Neymar and right-back Danilo, seriously injured last Thursday (24). The coach is expected to list Fred - replacing Neymar, Lucas Paquetá as an attacking midfielder, and Éder Militão for the right side - a position already held by the Real Madrid defender.
