Supreme Court promotes campaign in defense of democracy
The Federal Supreme Court launched on Tuesday (Jan. 17) an institutional campaign in response to the anti-democratic acts of January 8, when three floors of the Court's main building were ravaged.
Entitled Unshaken Democracy, the campaign consists of a video that will be aired on TV stations and on the court's social media to highlight that democracy has been strengthened by the acts.
The video was produced by TV Justiça and had the support of the Brazilian Association of Advertising Agencies (Abap) and the Brazilian Association of Radio and Television Broadcasters (Abert).
The screenings will be broadcast until February 1st, when the renovation of the court's plenary is scheduled to be completed and the court will resume sitting in person after the recess.
