The Minister of Planning and Management of Brazil, Dyogo de Oliveira, maintained the government will continue working on passing the labor and pension reforms. He also said he does not think the charges Congress has to examine against President Michel Temer can bring it to a standstill. The president was indicted by the Prosecutor-General's Office on Monday (June 26).

“We will carry on working to pass the reforms, particularly the labor and pension reforms tabled by the government which are now being discussed in Congress,” the minister said Tuesday (27) in an interview after a public hearing at the Joint Committee on Budget (CMO).
