The four convicts in the Kiss Nightclub case presented themselves to court and will be sent to prisons in Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina. Two sought the Judiciary yesterday (14) and another two this morning (15), after the Minister of the Supreme Federal Court Luiz Fux revoked the preventive habeas corpus granted by the Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Sul.

The fire at the Kiss Nightclub occurred in 2013 , in the city of Santa Maria (RS). In total, 242 people died and 636 were injured. The incident happened because of the use of pyrotechnic resources by the band that performed at the scene.

Elissandro Callegaro Spohr, a former partner at Boate Kiss, will be held in the Canoas 1 State Penitentiary. Mauro Londero Hoffmann, also a former partner, presented himself at the Prison of Tijucas, in Santa Catarina. And Marcelo de Jesus dos Santos and Luciano Bonilha Leão, respectively vocalist and music producer of the band that performed on the day of the fire, were taken to the prison in the city of São Vicente do Sul.

After the decision of the Court of Juri, the Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Sul granted habeas corpus so that the condemned could appeal in freedom. The judge determined the sentences of 22 years and six months in prison for Elissandro; 19 years and six months for Mauro Hoffmann, and 18 years for Marcelo de Jesus and Luciano Bonilha.
