Lula announced the establishment of an office of the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency in Lisbon, to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
Lula attended the Portugal–Brazil Business Forum in Matosinhos, near Porto, and added he plans to attract investment in new businesses in the country, especially in renewable energy.
