Brazil thrash Chile 4-0 in last Brazil-held game before World Cup
Before 69,368 fans, Brazil defeated Chile 4-0 as part of the 17th round of the South American Qualifiers for the World Cup, at the Maracanã stadium this Thursday night (Mar. 24). The match was the last in front of their fans, as the preparatory games for the World Cup will be held overseas.

Having brought yet another victory behind them, coach Tite’s team keep an important record: not losing at home in qualifying matches (in 62 home games in the competition, Brazil won 50 and tied in 12).
